Let's think about running

Some time ago in January our camp was full of snow and some guys were disturbed and worried about running through tough snow in a dark forest. But but it wasn't so bad. We all got perfect feelings for running in this terrain, and orienteering style was almost as good as in summer time. Especially I loved running in night, snow all around and if you are away some meters from other guys - you may feel so lonely :D At least for me it was a strange feeling in a snowy forest, because you might get lost, and in that case nobody would hear you because of muffled sound, and in this terrain it was so easy to get all alone from others. OK, now Spain is the next target and here is a video for all TuMe runners, who was at January's camp, who love forest and girls of course...

TuMe is pushing more

Some hill training in Madona area in Latvia
After couple week of training session from december without snow, it is even more better for those who is not forgetting orienteering skills over the year. Some have heard about bigger weight - it is true for some guys. I remember old folks Mikko, Toni - with 10kilos more in winter time. And if we meet in camps we wonder about training possibilites and are searching some explanation for extra weight.. Never mind on friday 20.01 we have next training camp in Helsniki area for pushing more kilometeres not kilos ;)
