Kisakallio camp 25-27.01

Motivation, speed, strength, power.

This camp gave a little bit of all of the available arsenal of preparations for the summer. We can say that orienteering is to run in the winter, continue to collect basic kilometers, but one thing is certain, when someone enjoy for camp and have a broad range of tests, it is the surprise. Always able to find their weaknesses.
Friday's workout was a race with an interval start  in darkness. It caused a bit of excitement race. Shortly before the month Loviisa camp, all started like a sprint, but there the results were a little different. In this Kisakallio camp Martins stayed 2nd right behind Jussi, he should just praise all of his 1st place! He was able to keep the speed and even a little draw away of Martins and others.

Saturday was fairly intense and we had three trainings almost in a row. As you know in Finland  after a hard working day 21:30 our award for achievements - sauna ;).

On sunday we had some long training , of course there was execptions for exact running route..  Esa did longer training about 30min. But Martins and Esa - 1hour 30min
