TuMe is pushing more

Some hill training in Madona area in Latvia
After couple week of training session from december without snow, it is even more better for those who is not forgetting orienteering skills over the year. Some have heard about bigger weight - it is true for some guys. I remember old folks Mikko, Toni - with 10kilos more in winter time. And if we meet in camps we wonder about training possibilites and are searching some explanation for extra weight.. Never mind on friday 20.01 we have next training camp in Helsniki area for pushing more kilometeres not kilos ;)

Practicing orienteering skills, Jukola 2012

It is so reassuring to know, that training records and run with other athletes – creates an even greater motivation to do more and better. Each year the club participates in the camps and improve my orienteering skills. It is difficult to understand, that something is missing or are weaker than their competitors or club. But if you are running together, and especially at night, then all can be seen, who is the leader and who only follow the. Recognize, the nights are not very pleasantly run, but it facilitates the running after a day and is now aware of, that the weekend was spent in heavy training mode, then with a slight smile, I can say, I succeeded in this camp, since discovered that I lack direct grinding orientation. Today as our new club member said, then be pleasantly surprised we were able to direct the technical terms, Esa because it had planned to complex distance, one can pick up the Finnish terrain! :)
Here You can download the GPS and the spirit of the workout also includes workout cards (can be viewed with Google Earth).
This was perfect night-o!
